Lynn manages intellectual property portfolios for the existing and developing companies within InCube Laboratories. Prior to joining the InCube team, she spent 6 years as a patent prosecutor with Townsend and Townsend and Crew, LLP in the Medical Device Group. During this time she provided patent strategy and prosecution for medical device start up companies, large corporations and universities focusing on a variety of technologies including cardiovascular devices, surgical instruments, medical implants, vascular grafts, biomaterials, tissue engineering, controlled-drug delivery, dental appliances, optics and robotics.
Prior to Lynn’s career in patent law, she served as an R&D engineer with Cardeon Corporation, a cardiovascular device company located in the Silicon Valley, and at Whalen Biomedical, a medical device company located in Boston. Her earlier career included engineering roles with Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Applied Vascular Devices, both in Orange County, California.
Lynn holds an MS in Bio-engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Bioengineering, with a minor in Materials Science, from the University of Pennsylvania.
