Dean Andersen- Director of Electrical Engineering
|
|
Dean is Director of Electrical Engineering. He has been in the medical device industry for more than 10 years designing custom integrated circuits and circuitry for implantable medical products. Dean is working with the InCube team to architect and design next generation medical devices. Dean holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Bronislava Belenkaya, Ph.D., - Senior Research Scientist
|
|
Slava is responsible for research and development of novel biomaterials, drug delivery systems and material characterization for InCube Labs portfolio companies. Prior to joining InCube Labs, Slava held leading scientific and management positions at Boston Scientific, Alza (J&J) and the Karpov Institute of Physical Chemistry (Moscow, Russia). Slava holds12 patents, and invented the first Russian biodegradable surgical sutures. Slava holds a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Sciences from the Karpov Institute of Physical Chemistry (Moscow, Russia), MS with honors in Chemical Engineering from Moscow Academy of Fine Chemical Technology, as well as a Biotechnology Certificate Program from UCSC Extension.

Vikram Malhotra - Product Development Engineer

| Vikram works with Dean Andersen on the development of new medical devices, and specializes in the design of low-power circuits and embedded systems. Vikram holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. |

Erna De La Cruz - Research Scientist

| Erna is responsible for managing InCube's research into bio-materials, using cell biology techniques. In addition Erna has experience in peptide coatings for bio-materials. Erna holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology from San Jose State University. |

Phillip Chiu - Project Engineer

| Phillip manages our chemistry research projects and specializes in surface modifications and coatings of medical devices and their components. Phillip holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley. |

Chang Ong - Senior Mechanical Engineer
|
| Chang manages all incubator activities related to the manufacturing of prototypes, fixtures, tooling and machine parts. Chang holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Rangoon Institute of Technology in Burma. |
